Abyss falls asleep and goes to visit his frenemy in his head.

Abyss: Hey Pain! You here?

Pain: (growls) What do you want?

Abyss: For the next couple nights, I need you to watch Emerald while I rest. I can't stay awake all day and night anymore.

Pain: WHO'S HURTING HER- (clears throat) Wh-Why?

Abyss: Nebula's done, and is still doing, something to her. I think she's controlling Emerald somehow. Will you do it?

Pain: (nods)

Abyss: Thanks- (collapses) Don't do nothin stupid...
