Topaz flies through the air, making sure that no stray Freedom Fighters are coming near Eggman's secret base. She was intent of doing this job, that is until, she saw Abyss standing in the middle of a clearing. So she silently flew down and watched him.

Topaz: (thinks) Shouldn't he be in his room resting? Why is he out here by himself?

Then Topaz hears someone call out Abyss' name in a happy tone, and she watches as a blue girl hedgehog with horns and wings run up and hug Abyss.
