Her torso is another fruit she grafted onto herself to stay alive longer until eventually she figured out how to combine her DNA with human DNA to turn her plant cells into human flesh cells

she pulled this off because she went to a dimension of no logic and stayed there until her body could function outside of it

Eventually she became immortal though
