Can you play your painting's playback on your mobile phone (website)?
I mean, it works correctly on my 3ds system, and computer, but when i access colors live page with my mobile and play a painting's recording, the browser page freezes and i have to close the window for keep working on my phone. I normally use Google Chrome and i also tried with other browsers, but i always get the same result :(
Just wanted to know if you have the same problem or if it just happens to me idk :/ Please comment!

Im on the 3DS, and it glitches when I try to watch a playback from someone on the switch

If you are watching from the website/browser version of colors, then I think that's unfortunately normal. The Color's applications have better playback features than the website itself.
The dev's are working on fixing this issue. It might take awhile though.

@-Pyra- yeah, i happens to me too when i play a switch user's playback on 3ds it looks so strange :/. But on mobile, i can't even see it, it freezes with a white playback (;o;)

The 3DS doesn't habe the data needed to play playbacks with new pens. If the art done on Switch used pen the 3Ds recognizes, then the playback with be more or less fine.

@-Vero- Yeah, i mean the website for all kinds of playbacks (3ds, switch...). Ahh, thats a pity... I remember a while ago it was working fine :/ I hope the awesome Colors Live team will fix it in the future.

I do believe they are working on it, but I've also heard that Colors has a small team. So it might take some time.
Hopefully it won't be too difficult a fix for them.

It says it doesnt have the same features as the switch and 3ds and stuff thats why it crashes

Sorry for the late answer(busy week)! Yeah compatibility for the mobile version of the website is on the to-do. Long term plan is for the website to get a bit of a revamp in the future so it functions better on mobile devices.
