Found in the depths of an ancient crypt below Gloomstone Cemetery, this Legendary Pokémon is a formidable force when disturbed. It can reanimate nearby corpses and control them. Phantasmyo is a keeper of knowledge and the tomb it makes home is filled with ancient tomes and texts. It's signature move is Shadow Chant, a Ghost-type move that does physical or special damage, depending on what would be more effective.

Yep, all three members are meant to be scary as they serve the leader of the Void Cult during the mains story, aiding in the cult's efforts to revive their Trio Master... An Altonian regional variant of a certian Pokemon... Who? Well, hehehe... you'll see soon enough.
