She grew up in New York, lived in a small apartment with her mum.
Her mum wasn't around many nights, and when she was..it was hell.
She got back at her mum by decapitating her and hanging her head on the ceiling fan. Vicky was proud that she was finally free.

But the police found what she done and Vicky got 15 years in Juvy. She died in her cell two weeks later.

Now she's in the hospital of the afterlife, in the Kindergarten Class.
She loves it there.
