My new dragon OC, Shatter. by UnmovingMoon
He's a young, rare species of storm dragons. Will not be afraid to attack, his scales light up in thunderstorms, and can occasionally summon lightning.
The spear-like part of the end of his tail can cause paralysis.
His parents were hunted by humans for their electric hides.
