AI's star eyes actually have a f4cked up meaning, and even the complete anime op (which is Idol english ver.) confirms it cuz one of the lyrics say:
"im in love with you, my carrier is built of such a lie"
which means, the star eyes actually means lies the bigger the lie is the more they shine.
...
meanwhile, the black star eyes actually means bad intensions or a negative meaning.
