When she was a little girl, Neo lost her parents in a very unusual accident.
With no one to care for her, Neo was to be sent to a foster home.
But a Somber City policeman investigating the incident was convinced that the key to solving the crime lay in the girl's memory, so he agreed to take her into his care in order to solve the case.
The policeman's name was Aiden Ross and he took care of Neo as if she were his own daughter. Even though he tried to keep the girl happy, there were questions he couldn't answer so as not to hurt her...

幼い頃、ネオは両親を不慮の事故で亡くした。
身寄りのないネオは里子に出されるはずだった。
しかし、事件を捜査していた警官が、事件解決の鍵は少女の記憶にあると確信し、事件解決のために彼女を預かることに同意した。
警察官の名前はエイデン・ロスといい、ネオを自分の娘のように可愛がった。少女を幸せにしようとしながらも、彼女を傷つけないために答えられない質問もあった。

そう、NEOはとても悲しい物語を持っているんだけど、懐中時計の呪いによって記憶を失い、自分の過去について何も覚えていないんだ！ だから彼女は自分の過去についていろいろ調べている！
両親や幼少期のことは何も知らないけれど、今はクールな仲間たち（ERIC、KATT、JACK）に囲まれて、新しい家族になっている<3
