This bug happens rarely when erasing on a layer with layer (alpha) lock.
@madwurmz Two more things, I think this glitch thing is just a corrupted "invisible" color, like how layers are before you draw anything on them. The reason is because all these greens and things are all invisible when a blank background is there.
