@Mewsea It really is so easy to get distracted . I always try to listen to music or just any background noise in general seems to help me focus on drawing . Sometimes just drawing something really simple or easy can help you get back into things . I used to struggle ALOT with art block and one of the things I'd do is I'd just start doodling a bunch of eyes of different shapes and styles. It's always been a fun and pretty simple thing for me to do . c: I would also suggest trying to draw something in a different way than what you're use to. Like if you usually draw the face / head first then try drawing the body first, if you're use to drawing more rounded lines instead try making them sharp !

I don't know if what I have is art block, but...I definitely struggle to stay focused.

I do try to draw things in different styles, though. I'm always trying new things. But maybe I should try drawing simplier things... Even though I think I already draw simple enough.
