people who have not yet signed up or followed me for this contest, you cannot join or submit your paintings.
there is the sign-up post in #3roundcontest, so go there and comment it, you will sign the contract that you have to draw for every 3 rounds.

don't type here and say, I'll sign up! in this post, I will delete it.
