reference made for my pal gary, of his hero character plasma knight :] he fits into a kinda mha-esque rp, he's got like. control over plasma, able to zap ppl or teleport and other stuff too. he's in his late thirties/early forties and he is a popular hero, he's very jaded and tired tho lmao

if his outfit design seems reminiscent of batman that's on purpose LOL
some small design things may change a bit but aside from that this is a finished reference methinks
