Uhh.. what do you put in a reference sheet? What is a bio for? How do you make adopts? Can you copy and paste things (like eyes)? That is all the questions. I am very confused...
The Bio is for putting anything you want people to know about you. You can say anything there.
You can copy and paste. To do so, duplicate the layer of what you want to copy, and then use the select and move tool. "Shrink" the selected area until it comes out flipped on the other side.
Adopts work differently for different people, and most adopt posts list the rules for adopting the character. Once you've adopted a character, they are yours to do as you please with them.
As for the reference sheets, you put anything you think will help you or others understand how to draw the character. Things like a front, side, and back view of the character are useful additions, as well as their base color pallet.
