Noel's brother, he was cursed by his own doctor at a young age. His parents are sort of uptight and disliked weak magic, so they mistreated him bc the curse weakened his magic.

He hates his parents and hated Noel (parents rubbed his talents into his face). Tho Noel hadn't done anything but try to get along. Later in life they finally have a proper bond and things turn around from there.
