Here's the THEORY: Idk much bout it, but there was this donald duck under water kingdom of some sort built underground and the kids loved it. And there was this dude dressed up as Donald Duck, Why was it banned? It was Lots, I mean LOTS of kids went MISSING there. The theory is the dude in the donald duck costume wold steal the children.
