Asking how it is losing power? Well, a Switch can accept voltages of 5v or 15v if I remember right. If you are using a non-Nintendo AC block plugged into your outlet then your system might only be getting 5v while plugged in. Which means slower charging, which means it might use more power than it is receiving if you are currently using it.
