(Neutral Special) Looney Rod: Looney uses his rod to fire a chargeable blast of magic with 3 levels of charge.
(Side Special) Wobbajack: Looney pulls out the Wobbajack to fire a bolt of magic that causes one of many random effects.
(Up Special) Wings of Icarus: Sprouts wings to fly a short distance in any forward or upward direction.
(Down Special) Mirror Force: Looney summons a barrier that reflects projectiles inas well as protecting him from all frontal attacks.

Final Smash: NUGG-ZILLA!
looney summons the ferocious Nugg-Zilla, who rampages across the stage, launching anyone who gets in its way, those unfortunate enough to have 100% damage or higher will be instantly K.O'ed!
