Some more tips:
Replay other artists' drawings. It will help you see how they sketch and color!
Use refrences! People are proud when they don't use them, but they aren't improving without using references!
Look at peoples' clothes styles. If they wear athletic shorts, are they likely to wear a t-shirt?
Watch more tutorials! They help!
Draw more sketches and take more time!
Experiment! What colors shade well with red?
Watch in slow speed!
