Before I release their designs, I just want to explain them a bit.

Aurora runs the WHOLE Hospital.
He aint the devil, but he acts like it.
And when he calls you to his office, you're in huge trouble.
But essentially, he's the boss of everbody.
and then there's Kiki.
She's the sweet adorable teeny sectary. (Really. She's 4'11
.)
Her office serves as some waiting room before they enter Aurora's office.
She loves to give out candy to others.
