About Emojis by -VerHalp-
Ever typed in an emoji only to have it turn into :pizza: ?
Did the devs make a mistake? Is it a bug?
In short, it isn't either option.
It is on purpose.
Some emojis have received secondary meanings, and many of those secondary definitions are… inappropriate.
So the devs, when importing the emojis, censored some and replaced them with :pizza: .
So if your emoji turns into :pizza: , think of it like a word showing up as "**"
That's all~

I'm not completely sure if the Colors devs censored the emoji's or if it was Nintendo's decision.

Reason for :pizza: is because some emoji can be suggestive. Plus most people like :pizza:
