Sonic, now accepting of Pain's possession, blows up the prison with blue and red electricity, setting the area on fire. Fleeing the scene, Sonic can no longer think for himself, but Pain promised him that as long as Sonic follows his orders, none of his friends and/or family would die or get hurt.
Sonic couldn't help but think, "What are they gonna think? Will I have to fight them?" But Pain wouldn't break his promise...Right?

Also i got a theory, Pain might be a ghost, but it has probably been passed down, gen to gen, living long enough to meet Emerald and have a reaso to hate her so badly, he'll ki// everyone to finally end her. So thats my theory :D its prob WAY OFF but i tried
