Like Garnet, the Poke'chao Pinchers wanted to take her away from her family. Quartz's friends and family protected her as she ran. She watched them all disappear while she was running. Quartz was helped by an Aron and she took refuge in the cave he lived in. The Pinchers found the cave and the Aron lead her out the back enterance to the cave. All of the others in the cave were taken and the Pinchers left. She and Aron are now trying to find a partner to help them find a way to save their friends and family from the Pinchers.
