i went Alton Towers yesterday and something interesting happened..
The smiler broke down twice.The first time was sorted with quite quickly but the second not so much.
Somebody dropped their phone on the track.Then the ride went over the phone crushing it and taking parts with it.People were not on that cart but people were behind it. waiting stuck in a cart for half an hour right before the station.A technician was called over and checked the ride out.

I could see the man checking the wheels and there was clealy a problem.Accourding to what i heard over the walkie-talkie was that a wheel was about to fall off.I saw the track move before the station then the damaged cart went backwards into a repair room.People were still waiting to go in the station as they were stuck on the ride.I asked the worker what happened and apparently the phone was crushed into the wheel making it nearly fall of.
Wth is wrong with people.Just follow the f****** rule

I WAS IN THE CART THAT WAS REPAIRD AFTER THE CRASH! IT HAD WATER IN IT SO WHEN IT DID THE FIRST LOOP I GOT SOKEING WET
