There is a child wing in the hospital.
It takes in kids who have committed horrible and terrible crimes.
It rarely gets anyone under 16 to go in.
Koko acts as their caretaker, and then k'lls them after.
Fun fact,
there is a forbidden hallway in which kids aren't allowed to go into.
She tortures p-dophiles in that hallway.
She's not a merciful woman.
