I established the basic idea of what this comedy comic was supposed to be about back in that post I made on @/MountainWinds : from there, I thought that we could all collaborate to build the idea together from there, sharing ideas we all had for the comic like characters, worlds, yadayadayada, building it together. In other words...ideas melting pot. But now I realize that if I don't want this acc to die, I need to assemble a system and assign jobs

So, basically, the comic is currently in the 'concepts' stage, where we're building the final idea of what it's going to actually, completely, and fully be. What it'll look like -- figuratively and literally.

So, like....for example, what's that room gonna look like? How's the comic gonna be stylized? How're the characters gonna be designed? What's the plot gonna be ? etc. etc. etc.... ^^
