For someone to be Chica, I brought back another old oc named Arcane the Raven! She was a Raven who would practice magical spells and enchantments. I just wouldn't draw her because I wasn't good with birds at the time and I forgot about her.
But she's back because now that I can draw birds better, I can draw her too!
