Blue is known for being a Wyvern, but this is him in his dragon-like form, similar to Areo. He's not so good when it comes to the transition, he usually gets bruised in the process.

This woud take place after the fight with Astro, and when Blue and Nebi would return to the cave where Areo and Typhoon were waiting, explaining why he has scratch marks, bruises, and the cast being a bit damp.
