But for the undead or sinners of life!
Each wing has a set of torture treatments for them.
Atsubi, Ura, and Sura are the head doctors/counselers/ministers for each wing!
Atsubi messes with the physical body, Sura messes with their mental stability, and Ura messes with their beliefs.
But sometimes the living comes in their dreams, they call those "visitors". They can't hurt visitors, even if they tried.

And there are also others that help out with the hospital, they're often faceless beings with uniforms.
The only ones that are faceless are nurses and counselors!
Other ministers usually have a smile on their face and have small horns on their heads.
Anyways, it's basically a torture chamber in disguise!

if they have physical injures (burns, stab wounds, etc), they'd go to physical wing
if they have mental wounds (abuse, mental disorders, etc), they'd to go the counseler wing
and if they did something in the name of a deity, they'd go to the ministers
simple as that
