Lore time for le cult of mine
So theres the Rat God and the Rat King. The Rat King rules over the cult, and eventually when the Rat God passes the Rat King shall ascend to the sewers and become the new Rat God, and thus a new Rat King shall be chosen.
I am the prophet bringing the news of the Rat God to the ears of us mortals, as well as being the advisor for the Rat King, @DrawingGhost
