One possible evolution of Altonian Kirlia. This regional form of Gardevoir can levitate the ice it produces via electromagnetism. Unlike what its typing may suggest, this Pokémon is just as loyal as their Hoennian counterparts, if not in a greater ferocity. You can evolve a female Altonian Kirlia into an Altonian Gardevior by exposing it to an Ice Stone.

I did think of that, but I already had plenty going on with the design and how it parallels to Altonian Gallade. (Who's still in the works.)
