It was storming that day and it wasn't a good day for me, but then I saw a beautiful rainbow...well I actually saw two rainbows, and it just made my day that much better! To be honest, I’m just learning how to paint landscapes lol, but I have noticed that starting out by painting the sky first seems to help the whole process flow better. Also, references help a lot. I got my reference from the photo that I took on my phone.

I dont do realism but sometimes I like watching Bob Ross's painting tutorials and he gives helpful tips abt trees ! He usually starts his paintings on the sky first just like you did ! x)

@BHPineapple Aww thank you!!!! :D Yeah, he makes it look so easy and effortles. I actually got that tip from him, and it makes a big difference for me when I start painting the background first instead of the other way around. I have a lot to learn though. ^ ^
