Here's one of the grounding skills I know. It's called "starfish breathing" though it has nothing todo with starfish (I didn't make the name). Here's the steps todo it:

1. Spread one of your hands out
2. Use one of your fingers (I recommend pointer finger) to go up and down your other hand's fingers slowly
3. Breath in through your nose when you go up
4. Breath out when you go down
