How to make 'Tinted Splatter' by Natnade
I was playing around with the regular splatter.. then i got this!
Its the same thing but with outlines lol
imma be using this for my backgrounds.

i tried out dark and dark colors, and u cant really see them.
While using light and light colors, tap in the same spot more, so it can be seen
( Recommend to not use pressure sensitivity )
