drawing trans characters with a chest by CrimsonCarnival

this is smth that ppl have asked me in the past (not on colors) but wouldn't surprise me if people still wonder
answer: there is almost no representation of trans people who haven't transitioned, especially genderless
theres expectations that genderless people owe you androgynous looks or to look like the oppisite sę.x even though not all of us want to
drawing my personal ocs with a feminine chest & my body has helped (cont below)

me feel better about myself and how i haven't transitioned yet.
being agender (meaning you feel no gender: are genderless, which is different from nonbinary) means my body isn't really "right" or "wrong" for me, & if i woke up with a male body i just wouldn't care, still wouldn't feel a gender
part of this is yeah, i have a chest and do bind, but i don't always bind just depends on my mood

most of my dysphoria comes from the fact i'll never fit in anywhere or be accepted for being completely genderless
yes i have some chest dysphoria and dysphoria over my voice, but it feels like its because theres so much pressure for trans people to transition even if they don't want to

i actually really admired this while designing ur oc, how u weren't afraid to make them match your body type. there's no one specific way to be trans. if a woman doesn't want to fully transition and is perfectly comfortable in her body with a flat chest and lack of bottom surgery i think that's really cool and vice versa. It sends a really body-positive message that you should look how you feel comfortable looking and you don't have to fit in other peoples boxes /vgen /vvpos

@_Cup-O-Skittles_ wow really?
thats actually my worry is i'll regret having top surgery since its hard to image having a 100% flat chest
if you hadn't gotten top surgery would you just bind? i may just do a breast reduction to make binding easier and go from there
