@raeleighs_worksh0p im littery just having a bad summer like im in love with someone but we got into a fight and just they hate me and there in love with someone else 2 ive been breathing in and coughing out dust and paint i literary haven't showerd in weeks and i just am depressed

It sounds pretty bad :( maybe try to resolve the fight you had and clear up misunderstandings and try to apologize, it may help your relationship, even if it's not a romantic one

Also, a therap1st is there to help, I understand it's had though! I just told mine about my 4 year eating disorder, and I was scared she'd judge me, but she's helping me a lot now! They're not going to judge you for anything, they're there to help you :)

I think it's best to give them that space then, and maybe down the road you can rekindle that spark
Until then, take care of yourself and your mind&body. Taking a shower is draining, and I know it, so maybe you can just try washing your face in the mornings, it's very refreshing on the mind!

Is your house dusty?

@raeleighs_worksh0p my parents dont appreciate me at all i work 10 hours a day 2 breaks coughing out dust and paint while being in a play being on colors 2 or 3 hours of sleep and depressed

no im moving houses

so were remodeling

Opening windows and wearing a dust mask can help with fumes/dust/debris
