I just did?
I didn't make a base or frame. I just sketched it out and cleaned it up a bit.
Other than that, it was easy to color in, and the shading is simple. So that didn't take much time either.

Depending on the picture and how I'm doing it, the line art can take me an hour or more. I have one picture where the line art alone took 6+ hours.
But since this is basically a cleaned up sketch, I'm not surprised it came out quickly.
