Having a mental disorder that only affects 2% of the population is deeply painful and isolating, nobody ever acts like it exists or means anything because it's rare and confusing to understand, even though it affects my quality of life to a debilitating point. There are no support groups for it or anything

Somewhere around June marks my 10 year anniversary of having derealization depersonalization disorder.

And there is no known cure, so I'm screwed.
