I remember feeling like that many years ago, especially in the early to mid 2OIOs.
Draw, paint, experiment/try different things all the time, research to learn how things work. Keep at it and I think eventually you'll get to where you want to be in art :)

A little thing-- I've been on here since 2OI2. It was only last year when I finally unlocked how to recreate a watercolor-y look (like what this pic has) on here
It can take a long time for things sometimes, but if you keep trying, you will get what you're aiming for eventually!
