This looks really cool, i really like their designs. The black portion of skin (or is it a tattoo?) of the red haired one is really cool-looking to me. And I like the two-toned white and black hair because it looks unique, and i think it makes the character stand out more strongly!

I've always thought that two-toned eyes look beautiful in real life. They look beautiful in art too, as long they're not used constantly, because then they would lose their effect.
