1) i tend to do shutdowns when i am rather upset, probably bcs i dont see a way of winning, i forgor what we were fighting abt, or i have no evidence on hand

2) i go non-verbal on occasion, normally after being shouted at or being told im too loud/quiet

3) i am nervous abt asking 4 anything-
