I explained it on the weekly challenge challenge update. A vtuber is a streamer that uses a 2d or 3ds model(usually anime inspired).They tend to play up a specific persona like cat girl, vampire, shark girl etc to have their viewers more immensed in their stream as they play games and do other things. As for rules this challenge is flexibe. It can be vtuber you like or it can be your own idea for a vtuber like yourself or a character you came up with.
