Lan Hikari & his net navi Mega Man.EXE(apparently his real life deceased brother but his DNA transfer was in creation to be part of Lan's net navi).

Together in bonding Lan operates Mega Man direction towards the net traffic battling out on viruses & Darkloids who are some non operated by anyone threaten anything in cyber world that could even cause mischievous acts to the outside world, they make sure that won't happen. :)
