I enjoyed sims 4, I wish they brought back the ability to run around freeroam like sims 2 though

@mcollins I never played the Sims2 but they had a free roam in the Sims3 and i do miss traveling around freely ! I miss a lot of things they used to hav in the older game lol, especially the vehicles ! >n<

@PineappleChan_ I actually started playing this game 2 weeks ago, & I'm ADDICTED!! xDDD My Grandpa had a computer that he never used, so he gave it to us & I've been playing w/ my sister every day!! :laughing: Except a week ago all my saves for some reason deleted and I had to start overrr :sob: I still have my old files, they're just not in my game??? Now my new saves are in my game just not in my files xc I heard that sometimes your saves will get deleted if your game crashes or there's cont.

an update. XC I think my game might've crashed or something. Now I'm kinda traumatized and I'm always afraid my saves will delete again 0-0 xD

@Sissi_Crossing Omgg yessss !! Do you hav any of the dlc packs or just the base game ? That's weird that your files just disappeared from the game like that !! Maybe you are on a diff profile ? Since you still have the files. I'm more used to playing it on the consoles, I remember that I used to play the game on my laptop and it would crash CONSTANTLY T0T Make sure your pc is able to run those games bc I hav dealt w/ the same issues

@PineappleChan_ I'm pretty sure it runs good, cuz it never actually crashed before, even w/ the graphics high. I will say that I do like playing on this save more tho, so I'm pretty used to not having my old ones!!

@Sissi_Crossing Ooh those are rlly good ones !! I rlly wanted the cottage living one, the farming and the cottage core styles are so soo cuteee !! I highly recommend the Seasons and the Cats and Dogs for just starting off. Those are the most NEEDS for sure ! xD

Though I will say I'm not a fan of doing walls. :laughing: There's not enough good wall decorations in the base game, so I normally am just placing the same things all over the house :'c

@Sissi_Crossing Omgg Ik what you mean !! It's hard to find the right combinations w/ the wall that goes well with the furniture. I feel like the most I put in my builds are plants as decor, im kinda obsessed w/ them xD

I think I may hav a based game house in my gallery. I remember doing a triangle build challenge so I posted that one ! I recommend using cheats and using bb.movingobjects when building. It allows you to place down any objects freely even if the grid doesn't allow it.

@Sissi_Crossing If you didn't know that, I'm sure you prob do :'D I also use it to size up or down objects i want to make them smaller. You can also raise them up in higher lengths (decor especially) like it you want it on top of a shelf or something xD

@PineappleChan_ I know saaame!! I use a lot of paintings for my walls too!! Ooh, I'll have to check it out!! Omggg, I use those cheats ALL time!! xD Idk if you play on pc or console, but if you hold down alt when your moving an object it'll ignore the grid so you can put it in very specific places!! Also, you can switch the regular grid tiles to quarter tiles if you press... f5 maybe?? I forgot what key it is, but it's something like that!! xD You can also turn object 360° if you're using (cont)

The Sims 3 camera and you're holding down alt when you're rotating an object!! Idk if you knew any of these, but I can't live without them, so I need to make sure everyone knows how to use them if they play on pc, lol!! xD

@Sissi_Crossing Yes !! I know a lot of the cheats by heart lol !! I prefer the Sims 3 camera any day, it's way more easy to use. I mainly play on xbox but I got the base game also for the pc to just play around and mess w/ some of the mods ! The game sometimes crashes on my laptop so I mainly buy things and play off on my xbox ^^

I played the Sims 3 originally bc of my sister and I grew up loving the Sims franchise ever since bc of her cx :two_hearts:

I prefer the cartoony looking sims more than the realistically styled ones. I heard ppl saying that the Sims 2 gameplay is a lot better but I don't think I could go past those graphics xDD I will hav to say the Sims 4 lacks is an open wrld, cars, and more of the dialogues in the game. builds are SM better, its way more easy to use !! Theres been talks abt the Sims 5 and I rlly look forward into seeing that when it comes out ! ^^
