@Berry18 aww sorry to hear that girl! :'( i have a tendency to work till i litterally pass out from exhaustion.. it aint healthy ik, but i just dont like stopping either. :'/
@Berry18 iM tRyInG wOmAN- xD im very bad at knowing when to stop- its really hard for me to relax. anytime i sit down my parents are like 'you need to do xyz right away for us- get up!' so yeah relaxin in this fams kinda hard xD
Just say "GOSH DARN IT MA! IMA TRYIN TO WATCH YRGU5GNYR ON THIS HERE DARN TV! Btw, is there any soda in the fridge?" xD Jk, but seriously. You need to put boundaries down with ppl around you. I understand its harder to do that with family, but its gotta be done. If you've been working for hours on end, and you finally get a chance to sit down, chill etc. And then your mom or your dad asks you to do something, you should just say, "Can I do that in an hour or so? I've been working for hours, and I need a break." How they respond to that is up to them, but you cant keep going like this hon!
@Berry18 pffft thanks sib! xD sadly ive tried setting boundaries like that (and extremely politely i might add-) but i always get grounded. lol TuT hopefully my relationship with my parents will get... better, when i move out. currently they arent the warmest. lol xD
@Berry18 mmm... its more then impatients, but i dont really know if it counts as abusive or not lets just say i dont have the best relationship with my dad. hes hurt his kids alot, in alot of different ways. u.u'
@Sugar-Sweets If its not impatience, then its usually abusive. My mom had an acholic father, who was a "Christian" and a "Pastor" But he beat up her and her siblings everyday. If your in a relationship like that, I really hope you know how much everyone loves you. And I wish you would get help from friends, or authorities
@Berry18 okay sorry to get off-topic a tad- that sounds like my dad lol- hes (was, hes now a nurse-) a pastor and drinks far too often, and uh yea, in anycase im really glad your mom got out- good for her!
@Berry18 tysm girl! i really think moving out as soon as possible is gonna be my best shot to get out of here! hopefully in November i can move in with my brother! xp

is it ok if i put u on my bio? Since we r kinda friends?
23 May, 2023, 2:19 pm
Well, its been going on for years now so, eh :/
Also, PASSING OUT? Hon, listen. Working hard is admirable, but being an overacheiver sometimes is taking steps back for yourself. Its like this:
Feeding the chickens-2 steps forward
Watering the garden-3 steps forward
Passing out from exhaustion- 50 steps back
TIS BAD TO WORK TOO HARD! TIS GOOD TO WORK HARD, JUST NOT LIKE A MAD WOMAN! (I mean that very respectfully)
