he looks sososoSO fluffy and i love it aaaaa!!!! i also love the background even if its a lil on the simpler side, the neon sign having a bit of cast lighting on otto is a rlly nice touch :D
could you please maybe add the tags #eliplslook and #ottoRV to this?? thatd be cool ^^
also fun fact abt otto, he was actually based off of a rlly weird bird rather than a moth lol, its called a greater sage grouse iirc,,,, the first image i saw of one had such a striking look to it that i just drew otto up on the spot pffft. ik u prolly didnt need to know that but there u go :] /lh
