How to use the Transparecy Lock by Low89
I don't know....
I didn't know how to use it before so maybe some people feel the same.

Sorry if it was unclear!! Basically, you can also make two dots in a vertical line and repeat the following steps: duplicate the layer; rotate the duplicated layer a bit. Repeat until a circle is formed Please tell me if you still don't understand and I'll tell you even more specifically!
