PRACTICE: seriously im talking practice every day, every time you draw, STUDY teh figure our drawing, keep everything even, AND TAKE IT SERIOUSLY
TIME: put ALOT of time in art, no! 20 minutes is not alot, be proud to have like 6 hours in your art, take as much time as you need, dont stop until it feels done,
REFERENCE: use reference (alot) sometimes when you cant exactly draw a whatever right, look up a picture on google, con↓ #tips #art #help
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

BASIC SKETCHES: dont try to run before you can walk, use basic sketches and draw over them, watch the playback on my recent paintings,
TAKE THESE TIPS SERIOUSLY or it wont get better, dont rush when your done look at the picture, see any mistakes? ofc! everyone makes mistakes, learn from the mistakes next time fix the mistake, and ask help from better artists, study the better artist's pictures, hope this helps

I will say that "practice every day" is kind of a myth, but besides that, these are good tips for people
Especially the ones that get all their posts in scribbles and don't understand why they're not improving (unless you're on the demo then you don't have a choice but sjskksdsgj)

I mean you don't NEED to practice daily. Although it helps, not everyone has the time. You can still improve as long as the amounts of time between each time you draw isn't TOO long (like two years, for example, you'd be dead before you achieve anything)

That pretty much sums up my learning experiences. If I may throw in my own two cents; I've been on ColorsLive for nearly ten years now, and what helped me the most was watching the playback of the most talented artists, who's pieces I wanted to emulate the most, and try to spin my own style out of it. Most of the original artists here have long since left, but three artists that inspired me the most here include @Acchan (who is still active here), @TECHNO-BITS, and @Kjumper (to name just a few).
