You'd think Namco back then would've thought up a Wario like rival/villain to Pac-Man before Mario did first, but I guess better late than never right?

Anyways Pac-Devil appears in Pac-Man World Rally as a playable racer & it was even rumored to be a main villain plot of the cancelled Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madness 2.

To this day this character wasn't used again for any Pac-Man roles in games, at the least he'll have fan art that goes around about, oh well. :)
