electricity has become essential to the world. ai is just a small upgrade in this electric world, and it's too late to wish for less of it. it will take over but that is not more damaging than the effect of iphones or social media.
iphones hurt the education system, social media has made us less social. Im sorry, but I think the best thing you can do now is to fully adopt ai before it will replace you..
